At Veronica Smith Photography, we are committed to providing our clients with a phenomenal experience. From beginning to end we will take exceptional care of you. One of our favorite parts of the experience is the reveal session. This is our client’s opportunity to meet in our studio and view the images from their session for the first time. To follow is a video showing the experience at the reveal session for one darling family.

After your photo shoot we will email you to schedule your reveal session to take place as soon as one to two weeks later. This is the most exciting part of the whole experience, finally see your retouched images!  

 

1. For starters, we want you to feel relaxed and worry free. There is no rush!  We invite you to enjoy some light refreshments while we watch a slideshow presentation of your edited images. We freely welcome laughs, smiles, tears, and commentary.   

 

2. After you've viewed all the images, together we go through them individually and I assist you with highlighting your top favorites.  

 

3.  Next we show you all our custom samples of products (canvases, albums, keepsakes, etc). We feel that having something tangible to look at is always nice.   Please know that by no means do I consider myself a "sales persons." This experience is all about allowing you to see what else we do and what you can do with your favorite images! This is your window of opportunity to place any orders, go over editing, ask questions and so on.   We will assist you help point you into the right direction based on your needs and help with decisions such as size, prints, canvas or metal, album, etc.    

 

4. Lastly, we finalize all your choices and receive payment for your product. Next, everything else needed to be done is on my end.  I proceed to create, customize and order your final designs. Once you approve them your final order is sent to our professional lab and in less than about 4 weeks your product is sent to your home or picked up at my studio; your pick!   You only purchase the images and products that you LOVE.
